Initiating Processes

This is the beginning of every project, the recognition that it needs to start and committing to do so. A committment to a solution with a defined outcome or goal, is placed in writing to maintain focus.

Planning Processes

Constructing schemes to realize the goal, maintain the achievements towards the goal, and making it workable with a strong knowledge base, and due diligence research. This is where you put resources in their respective place while drawing up the project timeling and realizing the critical path flow.

Executing Processes

Human, and physical resources are put into action to achieve the goal as prescribed from the planning processes.

Controlling Processes

Monitoring and measuring. An operational statement is used to maintain percentage expectations. Control parameters are maintained to address problems before they become serious threats to the plan.

Closing Processes

Formal presentation of the completed project and appropriate cleanup. Placing human and physical resources back into the pool for other projects. Tidiness really counts on the next project opportunities.
